Steps for Starting ABA Services
- Complete Contact Form
- Fill out relevant form:
- You will be contacted within 48 business hours
- Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to
7:00 PM. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours.
Please note that response times may be delayed during holidays or staff
vacation periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Intake Process:
- Phone/video conference
- Fill out intake forms
- Discuss payment options
- Schedule a 1-2 hour home/school/clinic visit for observation and consent forms
- Assessment Phase:
- Complete a 1–2 day in-person assessment (about 2 hours per session).
- Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed
- The BCBA creates a treatment plan within 10 business days
- Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) written as needed
- Complete a 1–2 day in-person assessment (about 2 hours per session).
- Start of Services:
- Once approved, schedule direct services
- Begin with data collection, implementing interventions, and refining the treatment plan
- Develop a Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) for challenging behaviors
- Ongoing Support:
- Monitoring, modifying, and meeting ongoing needs
- Caregivers will participate in data collection, interventions, and goal setting

- Classroom Behavioral Management

- Staff and Teacher Training
- Student Support Services
- Providing direct support for students with high needs
- Collaborating with school teams to address classroom behavior issues
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of behavioral programs
- Collaboration:
- Working with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, teachers)
- Attending IEP and 504 Plan meetings to ensure ABA strategies are appropriately represented
