Ethics and Disclaimers
Our Commitment to Ethical Practice
All ABA services provided through Behavior Sprouts are delivered in accordance with the Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts, established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). This Code governs everything from how we design and implement treatment, to how we communicate with clients and stakeholders, to how we advertise our services.
If you have a question or concern about the ethical conduct of your provider:
- Raise it directly with your BCBA.
- If needed, you may also contact the independent ABA Ethics Hotline at ABAEthicsHotline.com.
- You may file a formal complaint with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) at BACB.com.
The full BCBA/BCaBA Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts and the RBT Ethics Code are publicly available at BACB.com.
