About Me
Hi, I’m Ashley!
I’m a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a former special education teacher, and a big believer that every child can bloom with the right support!
For 10 years, I taught special education in public schools, working with young kids with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviors. Some of my favorite moments came from teaming up with families, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and social workers to build support plans that really worked for each student.
Along the way, I spent 2 years as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with kids at home and in clinics. During that time, I earned my Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in autism.
Today, I continue to support children and their families, clinics and their clients, and schools and their students. I bring a teacher’s patience and a behavior analyst’s know-how to every session.
Every child is unique, and I believe the best outcomes happen when families are treated as true partners in the process. My approach is strengths-based and family-centered: I take the time to listen to your goals, understand your child’s interests and needs, and build a plan that fits naturally into your daily routines. I focus on teaching meaningful, functional skills, such as communication, independence, and positive ways to handle big feelings, while equipping parents and caregivers with practical strategies they can use with confidence at home and in the community.
I can’t wait to meet you, whether you’re a family, a clinic, or a school!
