These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Behavior Sprouts, LLC (“Behavior Sprouts,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) website, located at [https://behaviorsprouts.com/] (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Purpose of the Site and Nature of Information Provided
Behavior Sprouts provides information about our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and parent training/consultation services. Content on this Site — including blog posts, articles, toolkits, resources, and infographics — is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Content on this Site does not constitute individualized clinical advice, does not create a client relationship, and is not a substitute for an individualized assessment or treatment plan developed through our formal service agreement. Any tools, examples, or resources shared (e.g., first-then boards, token economy examples, articles) are general illustrations and would need to be individualized to a specific client’s needs by a qualified behavior analyst.
If any content on this Site describes a non-behavioral intervention or resource, it will be identified with the following disclaimer:
“These interventions are not behavioral in nature and are not covered by my BACB certification.”

2. No Emergency Services
This Site is not monitored continuously and is not intended for use in a crisis or emergency. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical or safety emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For urgent (non-emergency) matters related to an active client relationship, please contact us directly using the phone number or email on file in your Service Agreement.
3. Eligibility and Client Relationship
Use of this Site does not, by itself, establish a client, therapeutic, or professional relationship with Behavior Sprouts. A formal client relationship begins only upon execution of our ABA Services Agreement and Informed Consent. Services are offered to residents of Illinois and other jurisdictions where Behavior Sprouts is appropriately credentialed to practice.
4. Scheduling and Inquiries Submitted Through the Site
Any scheduling request, contact form submission, or inquiry submitted through the Site is not confirmed until acknowledged directly by Behavior Sprouts. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI) through general contact forms unless the Site specifically indicates the form is secure; use of standard, unencrypted contact forms carry inherent risk, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Testimonials and Reviews
Behavior Sprouts does not solicit testimonials from current clients or stakeholders for use in advertising, consistent with BACB ethics requirements. Any testimonials displayed on this Site from former clients are used only with documented consent, are identified as solicited or unsolicited, and may be rescinded by the author at any time by contacting us. Unsolicited reviews posted on third-party websites we do not control (e.g., Google) are not managed or edited by us.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, infographics, and downloadable resources — is the property of Behavior Sprouts, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Any third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, or licensed content appearing on this Site is used with appropriate permission, citation, or attribution.

7. User Conduct
When using this Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems not intended for you;

- Use the Site in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Copy, scrape, or republish Site content without authorization.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Behavior Sprouts is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Illinois law, Behavior Sprouts, LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you may have under your executed ABA Services Agreement or applicable law that cannot be waived.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Relationship with Our Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information gathered through this Site, and forms part of these Terms by reference. Where these Terms address a client’s protected health information within an active service relationship, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and executed Service Agreement govern in addition to the Site’s Privacy Policy.
